Cooking Tips:
1. When cooking for the holidays always try to get an early start . Cut up your vegetables 1 or 2 days ahead of time and make your desserts ahead for less rush and more accurate and delicious food.
2. Always buy name brand foil, that generic stuff is awful.
3.Stop peeking and keep the oven door closed.

Always sample your food that you are preparing, a good cook should know what his food taste like. If you dont taste your food something might be missing or you added too much of something or it might just be nasty.
