Food is the focus of my web site, but remember there are alot of components that go on in a kitchen that makes a great meal come to life.Things such as setting the table ,playing the right music and seating your guest in places that will make them comfortable.You have to create an atmosphere that is pleasing, these are all important ingredients to a perfect occasion along with great food and wine.
I love entertaining but I do so with preparation and the perfect attitude to please each and everyone of my guest down to the little ones too. Whether I am entertaining for a birthday party ,a Christmas party or just a tea party- I have to have a plan. Don't get me wrong I can throw a party together in a day but it's gonna be planned even if it's minutes.
