NEW YORK CHEESECAKE
Crust
2 package of graham crackers
1 1/2 stick of butter
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
4 Tbsp of sugar
Add above ingredients to crumbled graham crackers.Put in large spring form pan.
Filling
3 Pkgs 8oz Cream cheese
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 16oz Sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Soften cream cheese in large bowl,gradually add sugar. Mix until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each egg. Beat in remaining ingredients ,pour into crust. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and do not open oven door. Leave in for atleast 2 hours then remove and put in refrigerator. Use any can topping off your choice.

MOM'S DRESSING RECIPE
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground hot pork sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 boxes cornbread cookes
3 to 4 cups chicken broth
4 Tbsp sage
salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage and ground beef breaking it up with spoon.Add onions,peppers and celery to meat. In large bowl transfer cooked meat mixture and break in the cornbread. Add broth until cornbread and meat mixture is moist, add seasoning to taste. Cook at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
